1950
KYOKA Kyoto Seika Godo Co., Ltd. The trade department was inaugurated.
1964
KYOKA Kyoto Seika Godo Co., Ltd. changed its name from the trade department to commercial department.
Import of lemon from USA was deregulated.
1971
Import of grapefruit from USA was deregulated.
1974
Tokyo sales office was established.
1978
Kobe sales office was established.
1980
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries announced to KYOKA Kyoto Seika Godo Co., Ltd to establish a subsidiary for import business of fruits and vegetables.
1981
According to the announcement, "Royal Co." was established .(dated April 1st)
1984
The annual sales had exceeded 30 billion yen.
1985
The Hokkaido (Sapporo) sales office was established.
The annual sales had exceeded 40 billion yen.
1988
The Kyushu sales office was established.
The Osaka sales office was established.
1990
The Kobe sales office and the Osaka sales office merged and became the Hanshin sales office.
1991
The import of orange from USA was deregulated.
1996
The annual sales had exceeded 50 billion yen.
1998
The polishing rice plant was established.
1999
Began direct import of bananas
The Tokyo Oi banana ripening plant was established.
2000
With the result of the transfer of the Tokyo sales office, it became the Tokyo branch office.
2003
Kyushu sales office was closed.
2004
Food safety &quality control division was constituted.
Tokyo sales branch office changed its name from "Tokyo Shiten" to "Tokyo Shisha".
The Hanshin sales office changed its name to Osaka Logistics center.
Tokyo Oi processing factory changed its name to TokyoLogistics center.
2005
The Hokkaido sales office transferred to Ishikari city.
2006
The polishing rice plant was closed and was transferred to the main head office as a rice division.
Qingdao representative office in China was established.
2008
The first exhibit at "FOODEX JAPAN 2008".
2009
Associated with the "Save the Children Japan" activity and donated some of the profit from the banana import from the Philippines.
2010
Osaka sales office changed its name to Osaka Logistics Center.
Oi center changed its name to Tokyo Logistics Center
Associated with the "Fair Trade" activity and donated some of the profit from the banana import from the Philippines.
2012.11
The headquarter was moved to Kyoto Seika Center.
2013.02
Tokyo sales branch office was moved to Shinagawa ward.
2014
The banana processing division at the Oi center was transferred to affiliated company "Legal Farm Co."
2014
From CSR activity, the "Save the Children" Association for the Promotion of Social Products and Seika was recognized and the company received "2014 Social products award" for the first time.
2014
The parent company in cooperation with Kyoto city participated in the Asia fruits Logistica for the first time to reinforce export.
2015.02
Tokyo Logistics Center moved to Misato City in Saitama Prefecture as Misato Processing Plant.
